Samplab vs LiveKit Agents

Automatically isolates individual sound sources (drums, vocals, instruments, bass) from a mixed audio sample using machine learning. Allows producers to extract and manipulate specific elements without manual slicing or EQ work.

Stretches or compresses audio duration without affecting pitch, allowing samples to fit any tempo or BPM. Maintains audio quality and preserves the original pitch characteristics while changing playback speed.

Changes the pitch of audio samples up or down without altering playback speed or duration. Enables creative resampling and harmonic manipulation impossible with traditional samplers.

Applies independent time-stretching and pitch-shifting simultaneously to create creative resampling effects. Enables manipulation workflows that would require multiple tools or manual workarounds in traditional DAWs.

Organizes, stores, and catalogs manipulated samples within the Samplab platform. Allows producers to save, tag, and retrieve processed samples for reuse across projects.

Applies time-stretching, pitch-shifting, or source separation to multiple audio files simultaneously. Streamlines workflow for producers working with large sample collections or multiple variations.

Plays back original and processed audio samples in real-time within the Samplab interface. Allows producers to hear changes before committing and compare original vs. manipulated versions.

Exports processed samples in multiple audio formats and quality settings for use in external DAWs and music production software. Enables integration with the broader music production ecosystem.
